The silo
installation on site is extremely simple and rapid:
1) the crane lifts and positions the silo in the desired
configuration
2) by means of a pre-installed ladder it is possible to
release the crane attachment to the same silo. The
ladder is indispensable for the maintenance of the
butterfly valve and safety valve. On request the
following accessories can be supplied: dust removal
system, cement level indicator, safety systems for
cement loading, etc… |

The detachable silos have a big storage
capacity ffrono una elevata capacità di stoccaggio con la particolarità
di essere facilmente trasportabili e componibili.
Il loro montaggio risulta semplice e breve poiché le flangiature sono
ridotte al minimo.
La possibilità di stoccare tipologie diverse di materiale lo rende
adattabile a qualunque tipo di impianto

SAFETY VALVE |

| |
For the
correct design and a "safe" operation of the plant, it
is indispensable to install on the silo a safety valve
capable of discharging a remarkable overpressure and/or
internal depression. In fact the silo is put under
pressure during the loading phase and under depression
during the discharge. If the inlet and the outlet of the
air do not take place correctly, the safety valve
becomes operative thus avoiding the eventual silo
breaking or deformation. The valve is set at the maximum
pressure of 400 mm H2O and at the depression of 20 mm
H2O. |
