CONCRETE BATCHING PLANTS WITH
TURBO-PLANETARY MIXER
EKO 601T is extremely compact, thus allowing
its transport to site completely assembled. It does not need
foundation works and is capable of carrying out various
types of mix.
The mixing takes place into a turbo-planetary mixer with
vertical axle and with counter-rotating crown-wheel.
TURBO-PLANETARY MIXER
- The mixing system (moved by an epicycloid reduction unit)
is composed of inner blade, peripheral blade, central mixing
blade and counter-rotating star crown-wheel (with inertial
movement)
- The front discharge gate is hydraulically operated with
opening/closing limit switch
- Upon request interchangeable side sectors can be supplied |

Fully
automatic concrete batching plant with modular monobloc structure and
horizontal drum mixer
The BTK concrete batching plant with radius lift arms are
characterized by their modular monobloc structure and by their operational
effectiveness. They are capable of meeting the requirements of compactness,
versatility and flexibility, indispensable for small construction sites.
Their operation is continuous and fully automatic, therefore guaranteeing
the high quality of the concrete produced.
Water level regulator
At the beginning of the production cycle, the operator fixes the concrete
fluid level that he wishes to obtain.
The water level regulator, activated by an adjustable hydraulic system, has
the function of maintaining constant, during all the production phases, the
preset fluid level.
All the above takes place fully automatically.

Translating skip guide
The plant automatically brings the skip from the lifting
point to the discharge point thanks to the skip guide
translation.
The crane operator can extract the produced concrete with
the utmost ease and safety.
Hydraulic unit
Driven by a single electric motor, the hydraulic unit moves
all the plant mechanical/mobile parts (i.e. radius lift arm,
aggregate conveyor belt, skip guide, etc.) and, thanks to
its dynamic design installation, minimises the need for
frequent routine maintenance operations. |

This batching plant differs from the
traditional plants for the aggregate vertical storage.
Besides the cement silo, the plant is equipped with a silo
containing the aggregates that are drawn and weighed thanks to the
gravity effect. Such a configuration allows the reduction of the
plant total cycle time whilst maintaining unchanged the quality
level of the finished product.
They are very versatile plants that can be utilized both for the
direct truck mixer loading and for on-site concrete production. The
BTK plant with Aggregate silo can be fitted either with horizontal
drum mixer or mixer with vertical axle.
VERTICAL SILO
The advantage of the vertical silo is mainly, besides by the reduced
space occupied by the aggregate, by the extreme reduction of the
noise and powder emission level in perfect harmony with the
environment.
The plant is managed by a control system available both in the
single-formula version with cycle program device (standard) and in
the computerized version with multi-formula PLC (optional).
TRANSPORT AND ASSEMBLY
In order to facilitate transport and installation on site, BTK plant
with Vertical aggregate silo is composed of 4 pre-assembled monobloc
structures. No special handling means or structural works are needed.
AGGREGATE STORAGE
The Aggregate silo consists of two separate compartments which
contain two aggregate types. These two asymmetric compartments avoid
any contamination during the storage phase.
The Cement silo too is subdivided in two compartments allowing to
storage two types of cement. |
